Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at FRvio. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from signs of wear or damage


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Personal care products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, OR

  • Issue a full refund

Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging (required for claims).


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our mistake (damaged, wrong item): We cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first.


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, but you may return the item and place a new order if needed.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as Delivered by the carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
